Best Hotel in Medan, really... Awesome

All good. Just a little surprised when the elevator jerked on the way up (the rightmost elevator facing the elevator row). Hopefully, maintenance has fixed it to avoid any surprises for other guests.

Overall is good. Come and enjoy with your friends, family, and others. They have some types of rooms.

The hotel service was good, the rooms were excellent, the amenities were commensurate with its class, and the breakfast was quite good. Unfortunately, if you transact via Traveloka, you can't claim points, and your membership is invalid, the receptionist informed. Traveloka should address this issue and collaborate with the JW Marriott Hotel.

What I like most is the swimming pool, which is clean and has fresh water. Its size is also not too small to accommodate guests who want to swim or just play on the edge.
