The hotel is located in the MPR Dalam complex, with a quiet atmosphere, even though the area is part of a recording studio. It's very lush, the rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, and the TV broadcasts are smooth. It's just a shame there's no Wi-Fi access. Breakfast only includes fried rice. Mrs. Yani, the hotel manager, is very kind, very friendly, and very helpful. The staff are also friendly, honest, and communicative. I'll definitely stay at HB Garden again.

The room was super spacious. However, the directions to the room weren't very clear. From the front, it looked like a normal house. Then, when I arrived during break time, the receptionist wasn't there. Because they were on break. The wait was quite long. But if I have work in Cilandak again, I'll stay here again 🥰

All staff from the receptionist to the security are very friendly, every need we always try to fulfill well. Everything was perfect, maybe the wifi just needs to be upgraded because it's slow so still using data. Around the hotel there are many food stalls. The little one is very happy here because he gets a playmate of the same age (the child of one of the staff) so his mother is not confused about finding activities for the toddler so he doesn't get bored. The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in process is fast, the room is spacious and clean, the water heater and AC work very well, everything is well-maintained (except the wifi which is sometimes slow). There is a swimming pool. You can also order food at the hotel if you are hungry. There are also many stalls around the hotel if you are bored with hotel food. The female staff was so unfriendly to remind us about additional fee for extra bed. Even though I already explained that not all of us will stay the night. When I went back after going out for dinner. Again they chased me for extra bed. Well it's only 100k but they way they kept asking about it is so annoying. Then when I complained about how the refrigerator and cable port didn't work, they took so long to handle and it ended with no solvency. Like come on, you're so into getting additional money, but whenccustomer complained, you acted so ignorant.
