The facility was fair according to the price, the location was also nice. However, I felt very inconvenient at the first. I booked 3 rooms of bungalow for 6 persons with 1 extra bed in each room, and 1 standard room for 2. So when we arrived I asked for extra bed as written in the hotel voucher for bungalow rooms. However, the hotel didn't accommodate my request as I expected, even the extra beds written on the voucher clearly. They asked how much I paid for the hotel, and decided that my payment didn't cover the extra bed, and talked to me that agent didn't also confirm about it. I explained that the payment seemed cheaper, since I redeemed my points (about 150 K rupiahs). But the hotels did not listen to me, and asked me to contact agent. Although finally by agent support they provided the two extra beds, as a guest I felt disappointed already, since the hotel has not handled my request from the beginning, properly. Furthermore, the breakfast in bungalow rooms was not also for 6, but only for 4 persons. It didn't make me disappointed any more, since I have already known this hotel is not professional enough for this kind of things. They should more trust the guest that brought the hotel voucher!
