Suitable for those who bring family. The room is spacious and the AC is cold.

Recommended for transit, as it's close to the Kota Baru toll gate. I took a family room with six beds. The room was quite spacious, but the shower was a bit small. The gate was always locked, but each room had a key so you could enter and exit at any time.

Car park is enough for 10 cars, water heater is ok, AC is cold, amenities are according to price, towels are available, cleanliness is ok, a bit into the housing complex, given 2 keys for the room and gate if you come home late. The owner is friendly. Thx

First, the hotel guard greeted us quite friendly and immediately asked for our ID card and then gave us the room key. When we entered the room, it was spacious and clean. It's just that the wardrobe still smelled bad. Provided 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water, 1 blanket, 2 pillows, several clothes hangers, 2 towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, bar soap and shampoo. There is a trash can that has been given plastic in the room. For electrical sockets, there are 2 on the right side of the bed and several near the TV. It seems that cable TV is provided but we couldn't install it ourselves, maybe if we told the officer it could be installed but because we only used the room to rest for a while, we haven't had time to contact the officer. Oh yes, the room key is also provided with a gate key. The parking lot at night is always full and we only got the middle one right in front of the gate because we often returned to the hotel late at night. My room no. 3 had a toilet hose loose and I forgot to tell the officer to fix it.

The rooms are spacious and clean, we took a family room for 7 people.

It's quite expensive for a homestay. 300k+. Got a dusty 2nd floor room. The sofa is not the same as in the photo and is dusty. No soap shampoo. It's better if there's no need to replace the refrigerator with facilities that are indeed useful for those who stay overnight. Wooden cupboards and a bit smelly then there is trash from people who previously stayed.

First time to Lampung and got a very cozy inn. It really feels like at home, it's cool, the cleanliness is guaranteed, the service is friendly, the bathroom is clean and the water is loud too. Access is easy, coincidentally yesterday, exiting the new city toll road, it only took 15 minutes to arrive at the location. Really recommended for those of you who want a staycation with a low budget.
