You should visit Apus if you like sea views and adventure by renting a motorbike. Extremely convenient for tourists who want to experience a reasonable trip.

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location with parking. The outside room is smaller than the picture (maybe due to the angle of the photo) & the room is not well soundproofed. In addition, the hotel has a policy of requiring guests to deposit 500,000 VND in case the hotel does not allow the hotel to keep the guest's ID (after scanning the front of the guest's ID). In addition to keeping the ID, scanning the front of the guest's ID without recording or entering the guest's ID information can also be considered against the regulations. When asked by a customer why the Law stipulates that accommodation establishments are not allowed to keep guests' ID, the receptionist assisting with check-in procedures replied that because guests' ID are not allowed to be stored, the hotel's policy is to require guests to deposit 500,000 VND & will return it upon check-out. The amount of 500,000 VND is big or small depending on each person's point of view, but the hotel's use of this method for special guests, including guests who have paid 100% of the room rate instead of keeping documents, is unreasonable and is a solution to encourage use and development. The breakfast included in the room rate is not diverse and attractive compared to some other hotels of the same class in the area.

Everything is ok, but not perfect. The air conditioner has a musty smell, I stayed for 3 days but the staff only cleaned the room for 1 day. As for the breakfast buffet, I don't appreciate it, there are few dishes and the filling is quite slow. Iron not available. I have to bring my own

The first day, check in the room at 3:45 p.m. ... not sure how to clean the room.. but the floor was full of water (my daughter fell right when she entered the room), followed by the air conditioner... If it's not cold, they say it will slowly get cold... so the first night I can't sleep because it's very hot ... tomorrow morning the newspaper will say that it will be repaired until 13 pm.. finally, 15 pm the receptionist came up to say will change rooms (from 1104th floor to 804th floor) .I booked a room with sea view .. but changed to room with only a little sea view! (And in short of these things, act like I was wrong...not at all! 1 apology or compensation at all...not good work .Cleaned things and moved to another room...no one's support at all!My own family I moved... I only stayed at this hotel 1 only time...never stay again!because seeing other people's posts is good...so I chose this hotel!what a bad thought!

I booked a room through the traveloka app, when I checked in, the staff was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. Near the beach, affordable roadside eateries and convenient laundry service right next to it. My family has children with them, so we can make 2 comfortable beds for both parents and children. If I come back next time, I will still choose Apus.
