Staying at the Hotel Royal Tarakan was enjoyable and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious and delicious. This hotel is highly recommended for both solo travelers and families, especially those with children. It boasts a spacious lobby and parking area, allowing children to play without the risk of being hit by vehicles. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and tidy. Thankfully, the breakfast, although simple, was quite tasty. The staff was friendly.

This hotel is located near the airport, only about 15 minutes away. It offers airport shuttle services. The rooms are clean and quiet.

The check-in process was fast, the room was nice but not what I wanted (non-smoking room), it seems they didn't pay attention to the additional notes on the online booking, they had to remind me again at check-in.

on the first day I got a room with hot AC, but the response was fast and finally I changed rooms. overall it was good, ok, good enough, clean room, clean towels, good service. only the toilet hole smelled and the sink water was clogged.

Great stay at this hotel! I stayed at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights and was very satisfied with all aspects offered. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel ambiance is very comfortable and modern with complete room facilities. Food: The food served is amazing, starting from the varied breakfast, all prepared with quality ingredients. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, they quickly respond to every request and provide useful local recommendations. Highlights: One of the things that made this stay special was the view of the city from my room. Price: In my opinion, the price paid is very comparable to the quality and comfort received, this hotel provides excellent value. Location: This hotel is in a very strategic location, close to shopping centers, and restaurants.
