Took a deluxe room in a new building. Booked well in advance and requested a large bed but was not given, the reason was because the booking was made through an application 😅. When I first entered, the floor of the room was dusty + the toilet smelled a bit, maybe because of the water. The next day, I requested the housekeeping to clean the room because I would be gone all day and they agreed + didn't forget to turn on the clean my room button. When I returned to the hotel, it turned out the room wasn't cleaned. It was already very dusty from the first time I entered 🥴. The breakfast was quite varied, there was a swimming pool too. The location is very, very strategic, in the middle of the city and there are many kinds of restaurants/coffee shops around the hotel. This is not the first time I've stayed here, and there is still no change in terms of cleanliness. It's a shame, the rate is expensive but the cleanliness is lacking. Maybe in the future the problem of room cleanliness can be taken more seriously by hotel management.
