Your family booked a 3-bed room for 6 guests. Your family has a total of 9 guests with birth years 1982, 1940, 1985, 1985, 2011, 2014, 2015, 2015, 2017. With this number of guests, there are 6 guests in the room standard, the remaining 3 children are all over 6 years old, so we will charge 50k/child, which is 150k/3 children. But you did not agree and said that it was here in advance. Because she did not agree, the staff told her to cancel the room, not because it was crowded. Then she called the hotel owner. The hotel owner wanted the guests to have a happy stay, so she agreed to reduce the surcharge by 50k/2 children. I sent her the policy that my company had listed a long time ago:
- Maximum 1 (one) child under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge
- Children from 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged.
- Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults.
