Parking is limited, restaurant tables and chairs are few & small, comfortable lobby smells good, checkin & checkout is fast & easy, comfortable room does not smell musty, complete prayer equipment, 24-hour murotal. Only in the room there are baby cockroaches on the floor under the TV, on the glass shelf, and near the bathroom door there is a small hole where baby cockroaches come out. Please maintain cleanliness more.

I always love staying here. It's comfortable and you can always listen to murottal (religious recitation) non-stop. It's one of the recommended hotels for those visiting Bandung. It's easy to find food nearby, and it's also close to Lembang. All the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean.

I always stay here whenever I can find a free room. It's often full. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are big, and the King Koil is like in Saudi Arabia.

The room was hot, the AC was broken/off from check-in to check-out, I called the receptionist several times to ask for a fan from 3 pm, and they only gave it to me at 11 pm.

Masya Allah, the hotel service here is extraordinary, staying 2 days feels less. I slept soundly because there was a murotal that was played continuously. Breakfast was really delicious, thumbs up for the chef, especially the kebuli rice was really delicious 👍👍👍, the service was also very friendly, especially the security. The only drawback is the parking lot and rooftop, maybe the parking lot could be expanded more, please clean the rooftop more often because it's a bit messy seeing the small pool by the pool is dirty with lots of bird droppings. The AC was dead when we arrived and only came back on at night. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. The hot water was cut off during the day. The restaurant was cramped, and the swimming pool was more like a fish pond. Not suitable for families.

The advantage here is that the rooms are large and when we enter the hotel we are provided with Zamzam water, and in the room the murotal is always on as if we were in Mecca, even the sound of the adhan will be heard continuously throughout the hotel, even the prayer equipment is also complete with prayer mats, mukena, Al-Quran, there is also a prayer room on the top floor with a nice view. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is very small.

The hotel staff, including the security guard, were friendly and helpful in guiding us to parking. The location is convenient and strategic, and the price is well worth it.

The WiFi cannot be accessed during your stay, and the condition of the AC means you have to call the operator every time, and the washer closet doesn't function properly, so it wastes water.
