Very beautiful resort and unique experiences. Great for family with kids as they can do biking, boat cruise on the lake and many other activities especially on the weekend. Bakso keliling and sate on the boat are cute and very unique. The staffs are amazing and attentive. We stayed 6 nights and were very happy.

On a family vacation at this hotel, the kids loved it because they could feed the fish from their balcony, take a boat ride around the lake while feeding the fish, and ride bikes. The place is quiet and relaxing.

The hotel staff was very friendly and adhered to standard operating procedures. The shuttle driver was friendly and responsive. The hotel's ambiance was serene, with dimly lit streets. You could cycle and stroll around the hotel.

The service was excellent. There were plenty of activities, so you didn't get bored just sitting in your room. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was the holiday season, we couldn't schedule a traditional costume photo shoot.

The rooms aren't soundproofed. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Please provide an ATM so if you run out of cash, you can get it directly from the hotel. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied, especially the service. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly.

The kids really enjoyed staying here, it was a new experience. We'll stay here again sometime.

Staying at West Lake with my family was a memorable experience. The artificial lake and facilities are excellent, with a 24-hour shuttle to our rooms. In the morning, we could explore the lake. There were satay and meatball stalls available. The rooms were large and spacious. We will return when we return to Yogyakarta.

The hotel's atmosphere is very calming, quiet, and peaceful. The rooms are also very comfortable, some overlooking the lake and small river, complete with the sounds of trickling water, the sounds of swans, and the splashing of koi fish, adding to the sense of serenity. The food is also quite varied, with a wide selection. Hopefully, this excellent service will continue to be maintained.
