Not recommended all of them, the place need to be maintain. I have to move away through, and find another hotel.

The place and cleanliness of the room is very good, it's just a little far from the highway to the hotel. Please add lights on the stairs to the room because it's very dark.

The staff is ready to welcome guava juice and know the name of the guest who arrives, also does not hold back any identity.

Overall, quite satisfied with our reasonably priced budget, long sofas and others. Room cleanliness, maintenance of the landscape is very good. There is no standard hotel management maybe because this place is said to be not a hotel but was originally built for a vacation home. Big room, big and fancy bathroom but? rather? spooky. ancient furniture and insects. I canceled immediately, see the conditions and change hotels. Not recommend.

The hotel area is far and quiet, the receptionist is not there, security guards don't help much, difficulty checking in, having to wait very long, besides that the hotel is not maintained, many room lights are dead, don't want to come here anymore!

Good view close to the beach, the villa environment is nice, cool too, the rooms are great, the air conditioner is cold, the WiFi is fast, the bathroom is big, apart from bathing and bab / tub, the sink is 2, there is a bathtub. The facilities are very good there is a mini cinema, swimming pool, gym / food is quite okay. Many spots for photos. Very close to lot lot tourist attractions, guaranteed security, entering the villa area must convert ID, pretty tight and certainly safe, only if you have to rent a vehicle here, if a little item can be a motorbike rental, if a lot of cars are rented, gocar can only take to the villa. Gocar / grab can't enter (already rules in lot lot). Actually there are vehicles offered by the hotel but the price is very expensive. Finally we ordered blue birditu as well as we borrowed a motorbike staff, had to get out of the villa area to Kuta. Overall enjoy staying at this villa 😍🌷

The hotel is very quiet and the breakfast service is not satisfactory, not buffets like star hotels.

This hotel was once a 5-star hotel that was impressive, but at least a condition. very poorly maintained, all dirty, mossy, rooms, mossy swimming pools, no hot water kettle. Except for the request, there is also no coffee, tea sugar in the room. which is a plus only. view of rooms and ponds, directly to Tanah Lot beach. With a decent rate, never want to rewind my experience here, sorry, it's bad enough.

Incredible, comfortable lodging. Good mattress. The bathroom is also right, the pool is clean. The hotel is also cared for, not dirty even though it looks quiet. But I enjoy staying at Nirwana Villas, I will visit again.

the resort is listed as 5 star however currently it is 1 star. My local driver told me it was formerly owned by donald trump. Sold 2 to 3 years ago and has had no maintenance..This was obvious as the ocean side property and villa setup had 5 star potential. The golf course was overgrown killing the ocean view, the stone villas blackened, gardens bare, water ponds dry, fire alarm bells rusted and missing, fire extinguishers 3 years old and handles rusted, no restaurant on premise. Free breakfast taking 1 hour delivery from off property roadside shak. They did clean room and change linen daily however blood stains required call for replacement. The air conditioning and hot water are about all I was satisfied with. I believe it's time for tourist committee reevaluation as I don't feel the conditions will be tolerated for another year. It's dirty unsafe and grossly miss represented online.
