This room has a musty smell. Good location. Encountered a problem with booking and staying. Not much support for customers. Let customers contact by themselves. Before being able to stay, charged an additional 500. No problem at all. If there is a heart, help solve the problem. In terms of service, the manager is not flexible with customers. Doesn't care about customers. Personally, will not stay again. Normally, if I come to stay, I will stay here. But now, that's enough. Can't take it anymore.

Good location, limited parking, bed is a bit hard, slippers are not provided if not requested. When having problems with booking, the hotel staff did not support customers, did not care about customers, did not help, talked back and forth until booking repeatedly, charged repeatedly, confused with the management here. In my personal opinion, I think I will not stay again.

The accommodation is good and clean. I took my mom and dad to stay there and they really liked it.

โรงแรมทำเลดี ติดหาด ใกล้ seven แต่ ไม่มี minibar ไม่มี beach ตามโปรโมชั่น ของ traveloga การบริการของพนักงาน 2 ปีก่อนดีกว่าครั้งนี้มาก ๆ จนทำให้ตัดสินใจจองพักครั้งนี้ แต่ครั้งนี้เฉยๆ ไม่ไม่แย่
