The room is very spacious and clean. They gave us a room with lake view. Nope (receptionist who speaks english very well) is very accommodating and immediately attended our needs. Although for other staffs, we need to use google translate to communicate with them. Overall we had a very nice stay! We’ll definitely come again :)

Check in 4 hours late, the room does not have a hair dryer, the hotel does not bother to check the reservation details of guests when they arrive, there is a situation of not being able to arrange the room as ordered and catch guests waiting, the door is broken, there is old guests' underwear in cabinets, black towels.

The room is spacious, clean, only a little far from the center but it is near the bus station. When the receptionist came back, we took us to the station, touched ~ ing ^^

first of all, I must say that all the receptionists are very nice, humble and hospitable. you can ask them where to eat cheaply or to go anywhere in Ha Long, they will answer you in details. In addition, they have 'rent-motorbike' service so you can easily discover Ha Long by yourself (the price is 150k/day). the hotel is between Tuan Chau Island and Ha Long Complex (so I don't know if it is either convenient or inconvenient for you). One more reason for me to choose this hotel is its cheap price 😂. the room was clean and comfortable. however, in the room had a refrigerator which didn't work (it even wasn't plugged in😐) and nothing left inside (well, I expected some snacks to eat at night 😂). I think the hotel didn't serve the meals because I wasn't told about it when I arrived here, so you must find somewhere else to fill your hungry stomach 😂 Lastly, we was given 2 water bottles as gifts when we checked out, haha 100% sweet!

The owner is very enthusiastic, friendly staff, the view room is very nice and airy. The next time will come here to support 😀😀

My room is clean and large, with large glass windows looking at the lake opposite the road, beautiful view and extremely romantic. Located in the burning area, the food is in a coma, near the entertainment center, the restaurant, so you do not worry about starving to death, passing the chauzhou and the sunworld is also convenient. The receptionists are very friendly and enthusiastic, extremely comfortable, please give them. If I still come back, I will definitely stay here.
