Friendly and enthusiastic staff, worth the experience. The location is also close to the center. The only thing is that the room is a bit small.

The location is strategic, all the staff are very friendly. Recommend to stay here during your vacation in Hanoi. You can also leave your luggage 🤗.

Beautiful hotel and enthusiastic staff, happy to assist my family with late check-in, buffet food is diverse and delicious.

The experience started from check in was very smooth and lovely, Bee (I hope I write her name right) was doing a great job welcoming and during my stay, too bad I can't meet her on my departure day. The cleanliness of the room was great, need a litle bit more into details. The food and the view is breathtaking, I had one of the best omellette so far. Don't forget to enjoy their top bar, watching sunset was one of a very good experience for 2 days. Keep up the good work guys, surely I will be back.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff service is also excellent as well. The room is small. But it is fine for me.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is strategically located at the Old Quarter. Room is considerably clean. The bed is a let down though because it doesn't support your body weight. Overall, it's worth the price

Clean hotel, very satisfying service, outstanding breakfast available on tour and travel. Close to the famous pho food in that area just from the reception door to the right straight then right again totaling about 50 meters.

Hotel is ok. Room neat, beautiful. Great bathroom. An inexpensive bed. Only thing is the wall is too thin to hear the "sensitive" sound from the adjacent room ... Breakfast is not good.
