The hotel was clean, and since it was our first time, we chose a superior room, but it turned out to be a smoking room. We requested a room that smelled nice and clean, and thankfully, when we arrived, there was no cigarette odor. Although the room was small, it was clean. The staff was friendly, and the location was close to our destination. Overall, we had a pleasant staycation at the Flamboyan Hotel.

The hotel staff were all friendly. The service was very satisfying. There were no frowns on the staff; everyone was smiling 🥰. Even checking in in the middle of the night was comfortable.

The front desk staff are stingy with smiles. They seem unfriendly. If we don't say hello, the staff just ignore us when we pass by. The wifi doesn't work at all. But the location of this hotel is really good. The breakfast food is still lacking in my opinion (lacking in taste and not enough variety). Last message for the front desk staff: please smile when guests pass by, try to say hello at least. Also, when checking in, it's etiquette to ask if the guest wants a smoking or non-smoking room. Yesterday, no one asked, and suddenly the room smelled really bad of cigarettes...

The room is spacious, clean, I always stay here when I go to Tasikmalaya because it is close to my aunt's house. I have been a regular customer since a long time ago. I hope there will be more breakfast variations in the future ✨

The room was clean, the toilet was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious although the porridge was a bit salty. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately offered a drink and if I left something behind, they immediately contacted me.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is top-notch, and the floor mats are non-slip. There aren't many choices, but the food is quite delicious. The hotel's atmosphere is also comfortable, so I definitely recommend it.

short trip, dropping off my husband for a project in Tasikmalaya... confused about what to do, finally checked in at the Flamboyan Hotel while waiting, the location is strategic, even though it is small but nice and comfortable, unfortunately I didn't stay overnight, overall it's okay for that price
