beautiful panorama, good service

The view of the beach is good, the hotel is clean and quite good.

Surfing area, quite beautiful and very suitable for relaxing. clean and okay.

Bad service, when guests want breakfast not provided, but the order system and not notified at the time of check-in. clogged toilet.

The location is close to a choppy beach, suitable for surfing, but very far and there is no cellphone signal, to eat out about 10 minutes by car, service, service is less satisfactory, when arriving, about 30 minutes the room is ready, less friendly to guests, at breakfast directed to look outside if in a hurry. Room facilities no TV, no cellphone signal, slow wifi, toilet is stuck. Breakfast is ready at 8.30 and must be ordered in advance, the menu for egg bread, or fried rice, juice drinks, bad service.

Very friendly service, good food, very comfortable and very clean. Only yesterday my bathroom toilet can not be flush. But the staff directly justified it. Hotel with good facilities in West Sumbawa Regency.
