8 hotels with this app had a 3rd bed ready in a big room for the third person. Our 9th hotel, Nanachart, gave us a little room and we had to pay 500 per night extra for a very hard bed with only one sheet and a thin, itchy blanket. The manager wouldn't help. I asked for a bigger room and we had to pay 6500 per night then. We didn't take that. We could hardly walk in the very warm room anymore, the Aircon was on the opposite wall facing the door. The room had ants and many mosquitoes. In the bathroom, the showerhead faced the glass wall, I couldn't stand under it. The door didn't close. Only two bottles of water every day, and 1 shower lotion and 1 shampoo per day. I talked to the cleaning lady and she gave us everything and also cleaned our room. I asked the lady in the Lobby for a sheet, the blanket was too itchy. She asked me twice about the sheet when I passed but in the evening it wasn't on my bed. I went down again and asked a man. Another girl who spoke good English told me they didn't have sheets anymore. The man was wonderful, came to my room with a real duvet plus a cover and he made my bed. The people in the kitchen were very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious and good! The swimming pool closes at 7 pm and is very beautiful with the Ocean behind. There's no bell boy. And going outside we had to pass the Lobby with the two girls who looked angry at us every time. I would not recommend this hotel.
