Don't trust the pictures. If the price is cheap, it's better to see the unit first before booking. My experience yesterday was that the bathroom flush was broken, the toilet flush was broken, the room smelled bad, the walls looked like they'd been hit by a tsunami, and cigarette butts were scattered in the drawers. In short, the unit was poorly maintained.

The first time I stayed at this apartment (not from this agent), I felt fine. The room was nice, clean, the service was fast, and they provided Netflix. I changed agents and got very unsatisfactory service. Slow response, the TV wouldn't work, no toiletries provided, the mattress wasn't comfortable to sleep on, and the electricity token hadn't been topped up. If you're not ready to rent it, don't rent it. If you don't have to, I actually don't want to stay here. Please improve the quality.

the staff is actually friendly, but lazy. the bedroom area and its surroundings are very dirty, and many buildings have water stains. the AC is noisy (but quite cold) moved rooms because many facilities were damaged in the previous room.

Worst experience in this apartment. The room and bathroom are very dirty. Cockroaches everywhere. The shower is broken. The bed sank like a rocking ship. The AC is not cold. The sheets are full of stains. It looks like they haven't been changed. Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night because it was very uncomfortable. Plus there was a used condom in the toilet bowl. Really disgusting. Please upload the latest photos. Because the photos listed in the application are very irrelevant to the current condition of the unit. All units managed by Prisma are very unsuitable for rent

Less responsive. When complaining about a broken TV, they said the technician could come tomorrow. In fact, they checked out the next day. Also, some of the tiles on the floor were cracked and had come off. Hopefully it will be better in the future, 👌.

The room was very bad, not worth living in. Dirty/not maintained, (dirty sheets, dead AC, dirty floor) already complained to the agent (prisma) but no response and finally just checked out not to be occupied and looked for another hotel nearby which fortunately was still available.

My regular place when I go to Bandung, the room smells good as usual, but yesterday there were so many baby cockroaches + their parents, I couldn't sleep peacefully at night if I didn't hunt for cockroaches first 😭. Also, there are no cutlery, if possible, it would be equipped with spoons and forks. Everything else is good.

The room is comfortable, the toilet is nice, there is a TV, but if you want to watch a movie you have to subscribe, there is AC, there is no drinking water, cooking utensils are provided but there is no oil hehe, the bed is comfortable but there is only 1 pillow, there is wifi, it's not bad for that price.

The order was suddenly canceled by the hotel, although it was refunded but it was very sudden and made it difficult for me to book and find another hotel where booking a hotel on the day was more expensive.
