The hotel has a good location. Close to shopping, restaurants, short walk to Maya and One Nimman department. Rooms are OK, bathrooms are clean, but uneven hot water. The sound of sleep is noisy. Fun, strategic place, everywhere near up to really cheap, looking for food is not difficult also near the supermarket, good service, every day the room is clean and new towels are kept. Really recommend for those who want to go to Chiang Mai.
