The room was reasonably priced, but the water smelled a bit like bleach.

The room was okay, with sufficient amenities, and good value for the price. It's close to the stadium, so it's suitable for staying when going to concerts.

This is my first time giving a bad review. At first, I couldn’t find the place because it wasn’t shown properly on Google, so I have to call them. After that, I checked in at 3 p.m. something and no one was at the reception. I tried to call them again and the receptionist just told me to grab a card room 201 on the desk and get in by myself. When I said there is no 201, he asked me to list what I saw, then told me to take room 604. I wasn't happy with this service but still said thank you and went to the room, and what I received is beyond my imagination. The room hadn’t been cleaned, they gave me the room in the first 2 photos. I was so mad because I have an appointment to go to and they just wasted my time. I called them again and their reaction made me even more angry, they asked me to grab a “gym card member” on the reception desk and send me to room 704. And yes, there was still no one came to see me, they said everything through the phone. I had no choice but go in the room, but you can see the last 2 photos, there was old toothpaste and a dirty towel :) the experience was horrible, never come back here again.

The road is not very clean but the room is ok

I arrived at the hotel very early, but the hotel still arranged for me to rent a car and keep my suitcase. The room was quite spacious, had a hair dryer and the bathroom was also very good. Everything was ok except the location was quite far from the city.

Overall the room is ok inside but not outside. The hotel is far from the center, the roads are remote, there is nothing to eat

The furniture is a bit old for the price. It's ok for overnight stay.

I hope next time V-studio department 3 will check carefully that I paid but the room was still transferred to someone else. The room was changed to a hotel in your company's system but the room was quite small compared to the room I booked (2 adults + 1 child) but because it was late at night, I had to accept it.

Clean room, friendly staff

The room has 1 towel but when checking out the staff said 1 room has 2 towels, I was stunned for a moment and the staff checked for quite a while

I forgot to take a picture. The room I booked at first was quite small, no balcony, no problem for one or two people, the price was reasonable, close to the supermarket, I found it quite convenient to go anywhere, quiet, secure, clean, enthusiastic, got 1 liter of drinking water and room cleaning every day, changed sheets and pillows every 2 days. There was a kitchen, refrigerator, induction cooker,... The only downside of the first room was that the bathroom door was opposite the bed. Supported to change to a larger room with windows, very enthusiastic support. Personally, I still like having a drying pole because the characteristics of the clothes are not supported by hand washing or dry cleaning. There is also a monthly rental, quite a few options to suit the needs. Although not as good as I expected, it is suitable for a temporary stay. And I also feel that they are trying their best to preserve and ensure the guests' stay is safe, secure, and respectful of customers. Every corner of the downstairs bathroom, sink, and window sill were quite clean. Although my room had a strong smell of medicine when I first changed it, it was gone when I went out in the morning and came back in the afternoon.
