Every thing went well. Our favorite was the pool with the jacuzzi. Locationwise, Fraser Sudirman is very strategic. Near MRT station, and offcourse we got to experience Sudirman's lovely pedestrian walk. We ordered in room dining, the taste was...so so. Nothing special but... yea. This was the first time we stayed in Fraser hospitality, and we will definitely come back. I'll see you soon then!

Very pleasant moment staying here. The room is spacious, enough for my family, with an affordable price:). For family, I think it is better to stay in a place like this than a conventional hotel.

Hello, sorry this time I have some input, I have stayed here twice, the first time everything was fine. So I tried to come back here again with my family and my newborn baby. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness, in the bathroom with an open window, and there was a used toothbrush that had not been cleaned up. But at that time I didn't complain. Because I thought it was only for one night. And if possible, the AC should be cleaned regularly, coincidentally I booked 3 rooms, the main room's AC smelled dusty, like the room where the AC was rarely turned on, so my baby's body was red all over. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again, thank you.

Fraser Residence is one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I've been here for 4 times and suffice to say that the place is immaculate with top-notch cleanliness, plus the staff are very graceful and kind. Definitely my go-to hotel. Thank you Frasers 😊.

The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. It is nice that they have a private elevator. Too bad we can't use the swimming pool for a super long weekend, but the other facilities are great.

I found this little animal right after I took a long warm bath on the bathtub. I report to receptionist named Lupita. She is very friendly and said that Fraser team will contact me about this accident. However, no one contacted me. It is unfortunate that I have to experience such a horrible event at Hotel/Apartment like Fraser. So please I recommend all travelers to make sure the room that you get is clean.
