The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. The service is good. The food isn't bad.

Plus: Super friendly, responsive, and helpful staff 👍🏼 Minuses: Room size (quite small for prayer), bathroom exhaust fan not working, so it's always wet, faucet leaks when opened, AC without remote (temperature control is attached to the wall), location is a bit tucked away and quite far if you want to find food (we recommend using a delivery app), room is not soundproof.

Please fix the room again, it smells and is dirty. The sheets look like they haven't been washed or changed, they're itchy and itchy, and I slept badly. Luckily I checked out quickly. There are really many stains on the bed sheets, and there are lots of rocks, as if the bedroom hasn't been changed or cleaned. I won't sleep here again, it's not recommended, and the electricity goes out frequently.

Overall, our family was quite satisfied. The service was friendly and the facilities were clean. It's a bit of a shame, though, why is a hotel of Pop's stature so quiet now? Perhaps due to upgrades and the increasing competition in Jogja, hotels are becoming increasingly competitive. Buying tickets through the app is apparently more expensive than buying tickets on-site, but I don't know why.

The room was clean, unfortunately on the day we stayed there the problem was that the AC wasn't cold, we had to move rooms the next day because it was already late afternoon, the shower water output was small, there was no water boiler, but you could get hot water in the room corridor/lobby

The room's AC was leaking, I wanted to rest straight away after a long journey but instead I had to wait for the staff to fix the AC first.

It's pretty good, coincidentally it's right next to Gudek Pawon, so you can walk there..

I stayed for 1 night, and got room 902. From the start I was suspicious because there were 2 buildings that were almost all dark, and sure enough there was only 1 guest staying at that time, something horrible happened after 5 minutes in the room, which finally made me decide to just check out.

Friendly, very helpful, clean too.
