I've stayed at The Satu Stay Kayan 3 times. Family favorite because the place is super cozy. It's really like going home to grandma's house. The rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is always clean. Breakfast while swimming is like being at home. The kids always request to stay here when they go to Jogja. The staff is also very friendly.

Spacious room, fragrant, unfortunately the bathroom in my opinion seems less clean, maybe because the choice of textured floor tiles makes a lot of dirt/sand not completely disposed of, and a little bit that made me a bit disappointed, when checking out, we were charged 100 thousand because the child joined breakfast. I know that there are indeed some hotels that apply policies for children of a certain age there is an additional byy, but because this was not informed from the beginning, it was also not conveyed at the restaurant, even though the menu was just plain without any variations. The first day white rice with stir-fried vermicelli, balado eggs and drinks were only warm tea/coffee, and the second day white rice with pecel vegetables, fried tempeh fritters and drinks were only warm tea/coffee, making us feel like we were not willing to let go of the 100 thousand. sorry.

The hotel atmosphere is very good and cozy. It is hoped that the breakfast menu will be more varied with a volume that suits hotel guests.

Hotel hidden gem, tapi bersih rapi. Nuansanya alam dan Jogja banget. Pelayanan oke dan ramah. Mungkin ke depannya perlu tambah pegawai lagi, saya kasihan lihat penjaganya terlihat kecapekan riweh. Resepsionis merangkap waitress. Ga tega, jadi banyak piring kotor habis sarapan pd belum diambil. Manajemen perlu tambah pegawai. Overall saya sekeluarga puas menginap di sini, harga terjangkau pula.

Affordable price, nice swimming pool, average breakfast, good cleanliness

Ini kali ke dua saya di Satu Kayen, dulu saya bisa kasih 9 di sini. Tapi sekarang kayaknya penilaian saya jauh menurun, mungkin hanya 7 overall. Saya menginap di Paviliun 107, kesan pertama adalah kotor terutama pojokan ruangaan. Nyamuk yang luar biasanya banyak, mungkin karena kamar mandi sedikit terbuka. Dan kalo malam tikus di palfon yang membuat saya ga bisa tidur, ya tikus. Biarpun tikus tidak masuk ke kamar tapi suara heboh yang dihasilkan cukup untuk membuat saya terbangun di tengah malam. Lainnya adalah sarapan, sarapan dulu ditaruh diporing dan di pack masing masing. Sekarang memang sebuah kemajuan prasmanan biarpun tetap cuma hanya 1 menu saja, tapi persiapan staff tidak bagus. Contoh sarapan nasi pecel, telur dan bumbu kacang cepat sekali habis dan harus lama agak di refill. Anyway saya suka tempatnya, tapi jangan di paviliun aja.

We have the cottage room and we love it so much. The room is clean and spacious, it feels so private. The location is also very strategic.

OK, it's worth the price, it's understandable here and there. But the toiletries don't really include soap/body foam/soap, do they? Nothing, you know!

For the 3 bedroom cottage (1st floor the main bedroom, 2nd floor there are 2 children's bedrooms). The rooms are clean and smell good. The crew is also friendly and welcoming. The pool is great. Kids really like staying in hotels so they don't want to be taken out they want to stay in a hotel 😂. Unfortunately, you can only get 1 night Friday-Saturday. Saturday-Sunday there are already bookings 😢. It's also difficult to find other dates on weekends, because there is only 1 type of cottage which is always fully booked. Hopefully we can add more types of cottages. Great The Satu Stay Kayen.

Pertama kali masuk ke sini bangunannya bertema etnik, kerasa Jogja banget. Kamar juga lega, walaupun nggak ada lemari bajunya. Kamar mandi bersih, aminities lengkap dan ada air hangatnya. Sarapannya enak. Resepsionisnya juga ramah. Overall penginapannya nyaman dan sesuai dengan harga yang ditawarkan. Minusnya di parkiran depan lobi ada ayam yang berseliweran. Kalo gak hati-hati takut keinjek poop nya.

Recommended banget nginep di sini. Meski di dalam kampung tetapi suasanya sangat nyaman, stafnya juga ramah, kamarnya rapi wangi sesusai yang diharapkan karena saya pesen family bener-bener luas untuk kamarnya. Makan paginya pun sesuai harga hotelnya, kolam renangnya bersih cocok bagi yang bawa anak kecil. Pokoknya kalo ke Jogja bakal nginep di sini lagi. Matur nuwun The Satu Stay Kayen 😉🙏
