Very disappointing... got a room on the 4th floor... the elevator was broken so I had to go up and down the stairs, with a lot of luggage... The bathroom was dirty with lots of small insects... the area around the room was also not very clean... the stairs were full of water and the staff wiped them so I was afraid of falling... Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Highly recommended to check-in here because the place is clean and worth it.

The sheets were very damp and smelled musty. The bathroom was extremely dirty. The toilet was tilted and yellow. The photos on Traveloka were too good to be true.

Now it's better than before... The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are cleaner and well maintained.

The hotel is good, just a bit far from the city center, but if you want to be close to the airport, it will be a good choice.

It's great because asking for a room upgrade or other things is simple, not complicated, especially the female staff are really friendly, haha.

The room is very spacious, the air conditioner is cold. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and facilities of the room are not well maintained, in the first room the shower leaked and the bathroom door could not be closed properly, it was asked to be fixed but it remained and I was forced to move rooms. The second room had a lot of dust above the cupboard and curtains, the bathroom drain was clogged and stagnant. Hopefully in the future the cleanliness and facilities of the room can be improved before guests arrive and occupy the room. And the friendliest housekeeping staff who cleaned the dust and room dust, so it was more comfortable on the second day of staying. Thank you

friendly and helpful staff but... room tissue empty, replaced with toilet roll tissue bathroom smells like it's rarely used...this is what makes it uncomfortable.. tv battery low, so have to ask first, no hot water kettle...so have to go back and forth to the restaurant to ask....because bring baby to make milk :( pick up service from the airport max 4 pm, while landing at 8 pm....try to inform in the initial description of the booking.... if prioritizing leaving for the airport in the morning. ...this support is good. but for those who just returned from the airport....not recommended to come here

Dirty not clean, spider web

I ordered a single bed, I was given a double... then the key didn't work either... I asked the officer at the reception, he asked back for the check-in time, after he gave it, he repeated it like that, asking for the check-in time. There was no solution to the room key problem. Bad service, workers are not qualified to serve customers. Traumatizing with online bookings.

The location near the airport makes it easy for morning flights, it is close to the city center because Tarakan is a small city, the staff service is quite friendly, the room is clean but the electric room lock has been modified to a manual lock using a key which makes you worry about the security of the room when you leave, the breakfast food is quite good according to the price of the room, yes, I am quite satisfied staying here.

The AC in room 204 was not cold from the moment it was turned on until check out.

the hotel staff is not friendly, airport shuttle facilities are available but the driver is slow (finally ordered a vehicle from the online application itself) the room is dirty especially the toilet (rusty water heater, lots of rust spots, soap in the toilet looks like it has never been refilled because when it was there there was really little left) there is also a lot of dust in the room, the towels also produce beads of fallen cloth when used ☹️ the telephone in the room also cannot be used, asking for a morning call also the telephone cannot be used, wanting to order food also the telephone cannot be used if for a hotel priced at 400 it is better to look for another place that is more professional in terms of facilities and services

The staff is friendly and can provide airport transfer. Unfortunately, there are cockroaches in the room and when you first enter it smells of cigarettes.

The hotel is very good but the main facility that other hotels don't have, namely the airport shuttle, has a time limit, so it can't provide more value than this much needed facility.

Very satisfied with the good service, modern minimalist atmosphere, comfortable AC, hot water, comfortable bathroom, delicious food in the restaurant, friendly hotel crew, airport facilities, driver and car on standby according to the time we want, very close to the airport
