Good, I usually always book this hotel.

We arrived in the middle of the night, wanted to have coffee first, but it turned out the glass hadn't been washed, had been used by the previous guest, only one pair of sandals, the bathroom floor was a bit dirty and the trash can was dirty. The water tap didn't work well, breakfast was okay but by 8 o'clock some items were sold out. The latter ones weren't available anymore. But maybe that's based on the price.

The hotel is nice and comfortable for families.

A fairly legendary hotel in Pontianak, every time I go home I always come here, I miss the traditional cuisine, the atmosphere and everything that is full of memories here.

The towels smell... makes you uncomfortable... so you have to bring your own towels.

For the facilities, it is very worth it for that price. The hotel is also in the city center. The service during check-in/out is friendly. It is very unfortunate that the technician's service was not friendly when they first arrived, it turned out that the toilet door could not be opened and immediately contacted the receptionist and the technician came. When the technician arrived, he immediately accused us of causing the damage to the door in a curt tone and said "Someone has entered the toilet, don't lock it!". While we had just entered the room and wanted to go to the toilet but it was locked. It would be nice if the technician asked the chronology first in a polite tone so that we as customers would also be comfortable. The impression was that we were wrong even though the facilities in one of the rooms were indeed problematic before we arrived.

When checking in and checking out, we were greeted by friendly staff and helped to lift our luggage to our room. For the facilities at that price, it was very worth it.
