The air conditioning wasn't very cool. Convenient location. Flexible check-in time. Clean and private room with an openable balcony.

The air conditioner is not cool, it is very hot. It should be cleaned and the bathroom should be improved. The shower and ceiling in the bathroom are leaking and there is mold.

Very dirty. The elevator is full of stains. The floor is not clean. It smells musty. I paid for the room and should have gotten a cleaner room.

The staff is not friendly. I have to help myself. There is no parking in the hotel area.

The way how to check out was confused by owner. Asked room no. And struck for no reason even no one say thank you as they should. The bed is not a good texture like sofa. And neighbor was noisy.
