The hotel was good, free parking, near lee garden. My suggestion is to have musolla at the lobby to ease the muslim traveller

Strategic location to stay in Hatyai.

My stay at Hotel Regency in Hat Yai was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is excellent—right in the city center, just a short walk to local markets, shopping malls, and delicious street food. It's incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Overall, Hotel Regency exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, great location, and very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel staff assisted during check in by kun his name and check out. Close to everywhere for shopping and eating and very easy transportation.

It is a straight-forward, simple hotel room with 1990s TV. Check-in and check-out was fast. The location is very good and within walking distance. No complains if you just want to sleep.

Hotel mempunyai lokasi paling dekat dengan night market dan pasar, memudahkan begitu juga dengan parking juga banyak disediakan, walaupun bilik mempunyai perabot yang lama tapi bagi aku selesa untuk menginap satu atau dua malam.

We have stayed at this hotel before and had an amazing experience. But today 's journey was horrible. Experiencing many supernatural disturbances. Even though they moved rooms, this disturbance still occurred.

The location is very close to the bustling Lee Garden walking street. Big room, reasonable price, clean. Satisfying.

Got a room with a broken shower. It's been repaired but it still can't be used. No toothbrush. The wall near the window is peeling. Malaysian friends say the place is scary. 2hr stay want to move.

Had bad experience, booked standard room which supposed to have Barth tub, but the room provide to us without. So I need to pay additional 2500 bath to change the room. This new room (so called) has poor air-conditioning, hot water only available during certain period. 😡. Complain to front desk no action taken. Overall this hotel not Worth for the money paid.
