The room furniture is a bit old, but it is in accordance with the price, suitable for work or transit, the location is in a housing complex so it is safe.

Well, we booked for a room but we got the entire house instead for the 2 of us. Even though it's not necessary, since we only needed a place to sleep. The surrounding of the place was nice, a really quiet neighborhood. The hot water was an additional nice thing about this place. Checking in and out of the place were really easy and simple. The AC was OK. The towels were clean. The wifi was there but the staff didn't give us any info about the password. The main problem was the cleanness of the place. I didn't think that they changed the sheet when we got there because we found strings of hair and also stains on it. The tiles in the bathroom need more brushing. And we didn't try the pool since we didn't have time but if we had the time, we wouldn't go inside it either. The sofa and the cushion were old and shabby. We didn't ask for luxury, but they really could do so much better with the cleanness of the place.

Prices are cheap. But facilities and comfort are lacking. No response from the owner. We ordered J2, when it arrived, we were surprised because it was already occupied by people. It turns out that the unit obtained is J3.
