Pertama kalinya seumur hidup bertemu receptionist yang really rude. He doesn’t even say hi atau ucap salam ketika kami akan check in. Bahkan senyum pun tidak, sibuk bermain hp ketika saya memangil saat check in. And the worst adalah sangat tidak sopan melayani customer. Memperlakukan customer seperti sampah dan bahkan tidak ada kata maaf sampai akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk pindah hotel langsung detik itu juga. You better hire orang yang lebih ber-attitude daripada hire receptionist seperti ini. Padahal hotelnya lumayan, tapi pelayannya sangat amat kurang.
