Staff very friendly, comfort bedroom, hot water always available. To improve, the toilet might be leaking the seal in floor. Diversity food choices surround the hotel 24 hours no need to worry, hotel location next to convenience store, parking area okay.

the hotel not too big but nice. we like the clean room, bathroom and other space. the breakfast was ok. we like to coming back again to graha cempaka while we go to surabaya
