The staffs are very friendly and supportive. The room and the hotel are clean. The location is 700m near Victory Liner Bus Terminal, a lot of restaurants surrounding. The wifi is weak, no hair dryer, water to drink in the room. The price is competitive so it's acceptable.

We had a great time here though its an old hotel.

The location is good, their staff are all nice and accomodating and approachable one thing I don't like was the wifi connection can't reach the basement area or rooms but all in all 4 ⭐ and 5 👍. Til next time highly recommended.

. I had a nice stay at the Mariann Plazza Hotel the staff were nice and ensured my safety during my stay thank you. Though the Hotel wasn't new but its clean. Sorry I didn't have photos.

Really really loved the stay here. The place is cozy and the stuff is nice. Some breakfast included and very charming Italian restaurant near the lobby. Location is also good, within walking distance to sm baguio City and city center.

Our stay was good. The day guard was kind. The coffee was free.

The hotel offered basic amenities- no frills, no fancy toiletries. However, if you want a clean, tidy, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel fits the bill. It ' s a bit dated and could use a little touch-up, particularly the bathroom. The free breakfast was nice and adequate. The hotel staff were helpful and warm. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for the budget conscious traveler.

The hotel smells bad. The food tastes awful. The personel is irresponsible.

The room is clean and spacious, the bed is a little hard but tolerable. The breakfast is OK. The biggest problem is there is no wifi in the room. I have to go down to the reception area to get wifi signal but there are times that the internet is super slow. Pocket wifi is also slow to no signal in the room. Also the name of the hotel is not very visible, making the taxi driver miss it the first time.

Tahimik at malinis ang hotel and room with free breakfast mabait Da Nang ang guard. The only thing that I would complain is poor wifi no connection at all. But if you want just to take a rest this hotel is fit for you.

This hotel is perfect for family getaway and very affordable. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating.

location was great. room was clean but felt old and unsatisfying. breakfast was so-so. they do have unli coffee but it didn't taste that good to go back. wifi signal was only available at the reception area. place was a dead spot for sun/smart. lastly they were renovating the lobby but you can hear the construction during the daytime. had to ask them to tone down as the pounding was heard inside the rooms. so if I have a choice, id avoid this place and will come here as a last option.

Please maintain fresh linens because when we stayed here, it’s quite itchy. Also, please improve the CR’s quality.

Unsatisfying because of the following: The hot shower is not hot. It's like you are taking a shower using "lukewarm" water. There were cockroaches inside the room. The hotel is providing coffee however, if you want creamer they will charge you. The only hotel I've seen and been that you are charged if you want creamer. The coffee taste like water, as in hot water.

The wifi isn't working so they should have not included that on the services they are providing.Too pricey for the kind of service that we received.Their linens are untidy! So disappointed. If only I could get a refund,i would do so!
