the receptions was unwelcome and so slow service. the hotel didn't prepare the extra bed for us event I have booked and paid for more than a month. the room was decored beautiful but the appliances was so old and stained. the breakfast time was also lack of service by small amount of hotel staffs.

Overall good, but there are some things to adjust as follows: 1. The hot water system that does not work well. So when going to the Dec period To take a bath, you need to concentrate before showering, because it is very cold. The hot and cold water taps are almost no different. 2. The hotel may not be suitable for the elderly as there is no lift.

The staff is lovely, the atmosphere is good. I like it. // Bathroom is clean. Small bath tub is quite fit.

The bathroom was not properly repaired. Smudges of cement to improve the cracks make it difficult to clean. Dirty looking shower. Bathroom curtain too short to prevent splashing of water from the tub while showering. I decided not to take a shower at all. This is a typical old hotel, It has not been well maintained, likely due to non experience house keeping. So it is running down.
