The rooms and service were good, the room I booked had a beautiful view from the balcony, and the location was close to the beach and the city center.

Located near the back beach, it's convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local cuisine in Vung Tau.

The air conditioner is too old and hasn't been replaced. It makes a rattling noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel doesn't have a TV or a refrigerator.

The room had old furniture, a slightly strong odor, and was completely enclosed with no windows. For this price, there are many better places available on weekdays.

The staff assisted with early check-in, ensuring guests didn't have to wait. The room for two was small but cozy and well-equipped.

I have been to the beach many times but rarely have I seen a place where the toilet is so well taken care of: bright mirror, clean sink, rust-free faucet, unstained walls – feels like a brand new hotel even though it has clearly been in operation for several years.

Every time I call the receptionist to ask for more towels or bottles of water, they arrive a few minutes later. The staff is never grumpy or complains, always polite and greets gently - small things but make guests feel respected.

This time we went to the beach with a group of old friends from college. Each of us stayed in a separate room, but we all agreed that every room was clean, well-arranged, with fragrant toilets, triangular toilet paper, and spotless bed sheets – showing that the hotel took great care of everything.

When I arrived to check in, it was raining. The receptionist came out with an umbrella, took me to my room, and then asked carefully if I needed anything else in the room - unpretentious but very delicate and friendly service.

The hotel's location is very reasonable. In the morning, we can swim in the sea, at noon, we can go back to our room to shower and then go out to eat. The distance from the sea to the hotel is only about 200m, clean, and we don't have to cross the main road, so I find it very convenient, especially when I have children with me.

The mattress was wet, the shower was dirty and had green stains, so I didn't dare take a shower. I slept and heard the next room drinking loudly.

I must say that the hotel's customer service is very good. I booked the wrong check-in time and asked the staff to change it for me. They supported me very enthusiastically and quickly. It was an unforgettable experience at the hotel. Next time I go to Vung Tau, I will definitely choose Big Hotel to stay.

I rarely give reviews but the experience was terrible. The room smelled bad, the furniture was quite old, the wifi was weak. Especially the experience at 1:30 am, the fire alarm rang, I thought there was a fire but it turned out the fire alarm was broken. It rang loudly many times, and it took a long time. When I went down, there was no apology or anything, sleep is very important when traveling but still like that, I couldn't sleep all night. I wonder why the hotel is empty.

The room is a bit old and smelly. If you stay for a long time, the price is ok, but if you only stay for 1 night, there are better options. The hotel location is nice and there are many amenities around.
