I am very disappointed with the hotel, I booked a room through the app and the hotel had the same situation. Traveloka should have a binding policy with the hotel, like this, no one wants to book through the app. while I booked a room at 7pm, drove to VT at 11pm, the next morning at 12pm I checked out. The hotel should support customers so that they will come back next time, like this, I don't want to come back.

Are you a group named Mai Mai: you booked 4 rooms. 1 Family room for 4 guests. 2 Twin rooms, 1 Double room. The hotel has delivered all the rooms. 310.408.409.808. Traveloka has worked with the hotel. When checking out, the guests did not say anything.
