Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Ok experience. Location in a small alley, there is nothing missing when going out of the alley, convenient to order food

Good service, enthusiastic staff, timely and quick support. The location is very nice, right behind the Institute of Mathematics leading to Lang Pagoda, big road, beautiful restaurant, delicious food.. The room is relatively basic, the facilities are just enough, not too wow but because of the short business trip, only coming back to sleep at night, so it is not a big problem.

Airy, clean, comfortable room, many delicious and cheap dishes. Going to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony, the hotel is near the Foreign Trade and Diplomacy schools, convenient for transportation

Took the baby to be examined at the National Children's Hospital. I rented a room near the hospital but the room was so dirty that I couldn't live in it. Luckily, a woman with a child went to see a doctor and introduced her to Milan. The room was clean, the food was convenient, and it was also close to the hospital.

The hotel is easy to find, although it is in an alley, there is a car to pick you up. Clean, cozy room, friendly staff. Having the opportunity to stay at the right hotel in the dining paradise area, there is everything to eat

My flight was reschedule to earlier time so I reached the hotel early. At the time of check in they did not mention any extra fees for earlier check in but next day during check out they asked to be paid more money. Also, I understand if there is an issue with early check in when the rooms are not available but the room was already empty and ready with no guest waiting to move out. No idea why they had issue checking me in little earlier. Also the room is very small and congested.

The decorated room is very cute and cozy Clean, beautiful, lack of shaving equipment. The minus point is that the entrance is a bit small, I have to walk to the big street.

Should be carpeted :))) in the room where people walking outside is noisy :))

The hotel is dehydrated, without informing guests, from night to morning nor can bath, personal hygiene.

Nice clean rooms at reasonable prices

The room is large but the tolet is not cleaned well so it smells, there are ants, the fridge has the smell of paste, the next day I said cleaning the room, I could only change the bed sheets and the tolet still remained no one scrubbed, maybe the type of cleaning room of this hotel is only replacement, and the room charge is check out before 12am I stay, the charge is 50k / 1h, stay up to 5h whil 250k while in Ho Chi Minh people only count the first 50k hours and still hours then lower calculation. Probably not coming back next time so write down so that everyone chooses their vacation.
