The refrigerator is on the ground floor, so if you are thirsty, you have to go down to buy some. And there are not 2 bottles of mineral water like most other hotels in the same price range. The room is empty.

The room had no hot water. I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of the night shift staff. When I told her, she said sorry, she thought I had checked out. Did the hotel not update the staff on this issue? If my husband and I were taking a bath, would it be terrible? But this happened twice in the 3 nights I stayed. I went on vacation and wanted to rest, but 2 days I had to wake up early in the middle of the trip because of problems like this.!

The room soundproofing is a bit poor, otherwise everything is ok, convenient transportation.

Rất Tệ hại. Đã ở qua khách sạn Gia Hòa Nguyễn An Ninh 1 lần. Thấy cũng tạm ổn tuy có phần chật chội và xa trung tâm. Nhưng lần thứ 2 quay lại, có 1 bạn nữ tiếp tân mới, khi nhận phòng, bạn đó tỏ ra 1 thái độ rất là khó chịu và khinh thường khách hàng. Phòng khách sạn cách âm rất tệ, bên ngoài và bên trong nói đều nghe như nhau. Phòng quá tối tăm, hệ thống đèn bị cháy 1 bên hay cố ý không cho mở. phòng thì hôi và có muỗi. thang máy quá chật chội chỉ dành cho 2 người mà lúc nào cũng phải nhét vô chung với những người dọn phòng và thau, giỏ để khăn của họ. khách sạn gần nhà thờ nên sáng sớm đánh chuông rất ồn, khiến bị giật mình. hàng lang tối tăm và lối đi chật hẹp. như 1 hang động. tóm lại, bên cạnh cơ sở vật chất + thái độ của người dọn phòng và chính yếu là của bạn nữ tiếp tân khiến cho khách rất nóng giận và bực mình. hy vọng 1 ứng dụng có uy tín như travelokar không nên liên kết với những khách sạn tệ hại như vậy, vì sẽ ảnh hưởng đến cty của bạn.

thoải mái và sạch sẽ OK ,đi tắm biển thì bằng xe máy nhưng không sao

Những thứ cảm giác không được: 1. Không có nước uống ( phải mua, ở ngày không có sẵn nước trong phòng giống các khách sạn khác ) 2. Vị trí nhìn có vẻ gần nhưng di chuyển ra bãi sau cũng khá khá thời gian 3. Book phòng giường đơn nhưng vào lại gặp ghép 2 giường lại, rất bất tiện 4. ở 4n3đ: có dọn phòng sau đêm đầu tiên, sau đêm thứ 2,3 thì không có dọn xử lý phòng lại

Được cái cho check in sớm. Điểm trừ là quá ồn ào, cách âm kém kinh. Phòng không có tủ lạnh, trang thiết bị cũ (tv, máy lạnh ). Mền dơ, dọn phòng không sạch.

Khách sạn chập chờn điện, điều họ cũ kêu to, không có chỗ đậu xe phải đậu ngoài đường nhưng vẫn thu phí.
