The hotel is a good place to stay. Located in a new residential area is also quiet. Need to travel by tram to the beach and the pool. Only available until 6pm.

Housekeepers should not knock to clean the room at noon 1 2pm when guests are sleeping, housekeeping should move in the morning when guests are going out! Check out long and do not absorb customer comments. The restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is clean and spacious, but the door of the toilet and the main door are malfunctioning and difficult to close

The hotel room was nice enough with the twin beds and small balcony, bathroom amenities. I booked the Superior Twins so for sure if you book another higher category will be bigger balcony. The pool and private beach are reached within 5' by buggy in the villages compound. I was enjoying my sunbath, swimming without being annoyed surrounded by people like another public beach. Very good for relaxing occasion. Highly recommended. I stayed totally 4 nights without any trouble.

Nice room like picture. Friendly staff, just a nice place to hang out. The swimming pool is quite far away, about 500m, but there is a shuttle bus. The sea is clean and beautiful, but also quite far from the sea.

If the water heater in the bathroom is used, the water is too weak to overcome.

Book a Deluxe room through Travel, but get a small room looks like a Superior room. In general, images on the web and photos are slightly different, furniture, furniture is acceptable, but the toilet is bored. The advantage is that the hotel has its own private beach, lounge and cafeteria, mouth-watering food, enthusiastic staff. The downside is that it is far from the center, the evening is nothing but play, small rooms and toilet tiles look like a motel in the town. Have Amon improve these points so next time you want to return.

New hotel, nice clean. Slightly away from the center but close to the sea and many other attractions. Will definitely return to ksan if I have the opportunity to Phu Quoc again
