I have stayed here twice and both times I was satisfied. I booked another room and the owner upgraded me to a better room without charging me extra money. Next time I have a chance to go to Da Lat, I will stay here again.

My family arrived at 4:30 am, the reception support enthusiastically checked, my family booked 2 early check-in rooms to pay 100k each. Soundproofing room is not good so listening to the noise next to the room late at night, the room is quite clean, friendly reception. Overall okay. Will be back.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice hotel

The room is not very soundproofed next to the laundry room and the engine room (on the 7th floor). Car parking is very difficult to get a car. The hair-cleaning restroom is so free :(. Not good enough for 2 stars.
