The building's design is actually quite good, but the management is poor and poorly maintained, with the ceiling on the second floor collapsing and the residents making noise. You should check on the owner of Santi's house, the occupant of the second floor, once in a while. Access to Jimbaran city via Uluwatu road is very congested in the afternoon and morning. Thanks.

First impression when entering the room: the room smells fishy. The bathroom also smells of urine. The reception desk is always empty and there is no one, If you need something it's a hassle because the employees are always not there. I booked a room with breakfast, went back and forth to the restaurant twice and there was no food at all or anything that could be eaten. Quiet and empty. It turned out I had to go to the end (it seemed like the employee's room) to ask "where's my breakfast" and then they provided it. If you don't ask, your breakfast won't be given.

1st floor near front office, I heard so many chickens in the morning. Then the staffs were fixing rooms next door that I could hear it so loud. Also, hot water was off exactly at 6 p.m. 😭 Good point, they clean my bedroom everyday. Haha.

Pas check in, dicek ga ada di system. Pihak managemen dan resepsionis sangat membantu dan akhirnya dapat kamar (sementara menunggu, disajikan teh dan kopi), kamarnya gak terlalu luas, bersih, ada balkonnya, TV kecil dan pas dihidupkan kok hitam putih hehe, tapi lumayan ke-Vision. Kamar mandi bersih (gak ada tempat sampah di dalam, tempat sampah 1 di kamar, dekat kamar mandi), cuma kok kecium bau comberan gitu ya, padahal kamarnya di lantai 3. Air panas dan AC ok. Sarapan enak, ada 3 pilihan menu. Dekat situ ada toko, ke jalan utama cukup dekat. Proses check out cepat.
