Book a room of 300k (discount from 400) but when delivery back room 250k. After inquiries, change to 300k room. Overall very unhappy

The hotel room is clean, but the service is not very good. Cannot connect to wifi despite trying. The bathroom has no latch, no hot shower. No TV. There is no desk phone and battery charging socket near the bed.

the hotel is bad, the lights are gone, there are only 2 small bulbs ---> dark, bad lights, bad water, bad door, ... everything is bad. Room rates in addition to signs only 200k but placed on loka takes 248k. Not worth 1đ

Choosing this hotel because it is near the airport for the early the flight next day. It is good for budget trip.

Hotel's location is convenient for accessing the districts like go vap, binh thanh, tan binh. Room facilities is ok, quiet, but not very well equipped (e.g: some bulbs are out of order, the shower has no hot water). Cleanliness is ok, some dust like spiders' net were found on the wall.
