Very budget hotel. The toilet drain clogged. Can't shower properly. The room is a bit dirty and dusty.

Great central location close to everything. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. With nearby facilities like restaurants, laundry, bank etc.

Check in beberapa kali tapi time cekin slow yang amat-amat. Reception siap tanya lagi berapa harga bilik, siap catat lagi, sedangkan semua sudah ada dalam system. Komplen aircond tidak sejuk, sudah buat sampai 16c, reception cakap sudah ok. Dia bagi naik temp ke 24c, sedangkan 16 pun tidak sejuk apatah lagi naikan ke 24c. Masuk bilik cek aircond, siap pakai selioar sampai ke area katil 😤

Uncle with no manner at front desk when handling over deposit money. Booked for a room with window but got a room without window.

Not bad for the size of the hotel with a cheap budget. The location is very close to KTM station, port, bus station, also many culinary places.
