For this executive room type, it's lacking. The room size is indeed spacious, but the lighting is dim. One light is off and the others are flickering. Non-smart TV, no room phone, dirty glasses, and the bed cover is not clean, there are still quite visible stains. The bathroom facilities are not so good, the towel hook was not fixed and the shower seat is also loose so it is uncomfortable when taking a shower. The shower jet has no place so it just lies on the floor. For the price of 500+, you should get more facilities than this. In other hotels, the price is very worth it, but unfortunately here it is lacking. Maybe it's better to just choose a deluxe room, maybe so you won't be too disappointed. Honestly, I'm disappointed because it doesn't match the branding in the advertisement. Sorry 🙏

The location is strategic, close to everything, affordable prices with commensurate quality, and clean. Most importantly, the water heater works well because of Batu City's cold climate.

The hotel is quite nice, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are good. Wi-Fi, hot water, and AC are all working well. There's a swimming pool for both children and adults. There's a rooftop area for hanging out and enjoying the view. An elevator is available. The hotel is close to everything, including walking distance to the mall, and there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel. Although the entrance to the hotel isn't very wide, the inside is spacious. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and if I go back to Batu, I'd stay here again.

The staff is friendly, the place is nice, but for some reason, staying there on a quiet weekend can be a bit creepy. But overall, it's okay.

It's very convenient because it's in the center of Batu, close to the mall and the town square. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Except for breakfast, all is ok. The breakfast has limitations and does not have variation. For the main menu, if there is an empty space, no one from the staff comes to check and fulfill it again. Many customers that come starting at 8 AM will not be able to eat the main menu. Maybe they can only have a drink. The hotel must improve on this.

Good hotel and location in the city

This is my second stay here, and the atmosphere is still just as comfortable. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room amenities are also quite complete, including cool air conditioning and working hot water. The location is also strategic, close to convenience stores and restaurants.

We stayed in an executive room on the second floor. This hotel is comfortable for kids, with super cold AC, a spacious, and clean room. The bathroom was clean, with hot water flowing smoothly, a clean sink, and a clean toilet. There were two towels and two toothbrush sets. The soap seemed to be a 2-in-1 with shampoo, but we brought our own. The Lippo Mall is very close, and there are plenty of food vendors around the hotel. The TV uses local channels, so there are also cartoons for kids. There's a swimming pool for kids, knee-deep, and a deeper pool, about 120cm. The water is cold, but the kids loved it. Parking might be a bit tricky, but all the hotel staff were quick, so it wasn't a problem for us. This hotel is highly recommended. If you're ever in Batu, it could be a great destination.
