Clean hotel and good service, close to everywhere, friendly staff ✨

The hotel's strategic location is close to the city center, with friendly service, good cleanliness, and a recommended hotel for your trip. The Wi-Fi could be improved, as it's available but the signal isn't strong enough to be intermittent. Overall, it's okay.

Strategic location, comfort, good wifi, AC, TV, hot water, everything is on, clean pool, very friendly staff, and quick to respond when they need help, but unfortunately there is no prayer room, please make a small one, sometimes people forget to bring their prayer clothes. I was there to pray at the pump.

Recommended. You can walk to Alun-alun Batu, so you don't have to worry about finding parking.

The room is very big. Comfortable. There is a swimming pool for children and adults. Unfortunately, the balcony of room 220 is dirty because there are building materials. Parking space is also limited.

Every time I go to Batu, I always stay here because the price is quite affordable, the room is comfortable, it's easy to go anywhere, and the most exciting thing is that there is a swimming pool. All my nephews are happy swimming.

This hotel is located in the center of Batu City, but at least if you want to go anywhere, it's easy to get close. My first time staying here, I wanted a new atmosphere with my little family, but I had a very unpleasant experience, some things that I have to review honestly. - This hotel has 3 floors, which should have an elevator to speed up customers to rest, etc., but there is no elevator here, it's a shame even though this elevator is really needed, especially if we have a family carrying a lot of stuff, etc. - For parking, this is what really disappoints me. For a hotel like this, the parking lot is very small and on weekends it must be full to the point of being parked on the side of the road. And as a result, when I checked out I wanted to take the car, and it turned out that there were marks like lots of paper tape on my car window. I just kept quiet, there must be someone who doesn't like their place being used for parking their cars carelessly and there were even marks of paper tape. So far so good for the cleanliness of the hotel and the service staff.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel location is also in the city center, many traders around can walk. Near the mall too. Thumbs up 5 for the security guard. The service is super awesome.

The hotel is located close to the square of Batu city.... comfortable, clean, fast check-in and check-out, breakfast is also delicious... I happened to stay on the weekend in an executive twin bed room... very satisfying... thank you

We booked a family room, spacious, comfortable, clean sheets. Minus: no tissue provided. Overall it's okay, but please improve the cleanliness, there are food wrappers from previous customers in the drawer but they weren't cleaned, the window frames also need to be cleaned. The staff are very good, we asked for extra pillows, they were delivered to the room quickly. Parking is limited but the security guard is very helpful. The breakfast menu is delicious, there are many choices of side dishes, there are shrimp. Next trip will come back again hopefully everything has been improved again.

The check-in process took a long time, waiting for more than 45 minutes, if not a little bit of grumbling the room was not yet cleaned even though we arrived past the check-in time of 2 pm, but the room was still not clean, there was still a KitKat wrapper from the previous guest on the floor, the shower hanger was broken, very disappointed staying here...
