I booked a room here once and found it ok so I decided to come back a second time. But this time when I checked in, there was no welcome drink and cold towel. The hotel does not have a kitchen to serve food and drinks if guests need it (except for the breakfast buffet). The breakfast has few dishes and the taste is not good. In return, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. But I probably won't come back.

I saw the hotel on traveloka and read quite good reviews so I booked it. Because I was worried about enjoying myself, I didn't take many photos but will review in detail. The lobby is beautifully decorated and has a sense of style, the staff is always attentive, a huge plus. If you arrive early, you will be supported to check in early. Not to mention there is gs25 through the hotel and there is a milk tea shop in the lobby, as a hotel guest you will get a 10% discount and the shop staff is very enthusiastic. The room I stayed in was superior, just enough, with windows. The bathroom and toilet are separated on both sides quite conveniently, the locker is moderate, there is a full refrigerator, dryer, TV. However, the TV can only use youtube. I stayed on the 3rd floor, next to the swimming pool, the pool is 1m4 deep and the space is also beautiful. The hotel is near the front beach, suitable for those who want to take pictures with the sea. There are many good European restaurants near the hotel. The hotel includes breakfast, I read the reviews that the food is a bit small and it is true. The quality is average, not too special. The dining time is 6:30 - 9:30 and I went to eat at 8:00 and some things were sold out so I was a bit sad. Overall the hotel is worth experiencing with reasonable price, good quality, staff and management are extremely attentive to guests and I will definitely come back

This is the second time I've visited this hotel. The first time the room was small and the bathroom smelled, but the location was convenient and the staff were lovely, so I decided to come back a second time. This time the room's smell has not improved. Every time I go to the bathroom, the smell of the sewer is very strong, it permeates the whole room. The soundproofing is bad. It's dark and I can still hear it when I plug in my phone in another room 🥲. When I booked the room, there was no note that there was no window. I only found out when I got there, it was extremely stuffy. The only thing I can do is that the staff are super enthusiastic and lovely. The hotel needs to improve the above mentioned issues.

This review is the Best Of Recommend For U Guys! 🖤 The rooms here are very good, the room type I booked was just normal, but the interior is decorated and arranged very logically, creating a comfortable space, not cramped or stuffy. With the main color tones of white and black, everything is cozy, looking luxurious and smooth. The hotel's room capacity is not too large, the staff is not crowded, but almost everyone works at full capacity, everyone is energetic, friendly, the words in communication and behavior are beyond discussion. Thank you everyone.

I had a wonderful 3 days 2 nights stay here, the staff was friendly and lovely. Overall 10 points, I will definitely come back if I have the chance.
