For a 3-star hotel, Hotel Genio is a pretty good deal overall. (Tip: Better price when you book through the app, compared to buying directly at the hotel.) It's clean, the staff is very helpful, the location is great, the room is clean and very spacious, and most importantly for us, when it says NO smoking room, it really doesn't smell of cigarettes! Will definitely be back to stay here when we're in Manado. Please Genio, keep up the quality! Thank you.

Strategic location, pretty good service even though early check-in only allowed me to get one room because they said it was full, then in the morning when I took a shower, the water stopped flowing T__T

I always stay here, especially when picking up my husband from the airport. 😊 The rooms are comfortable, the price is reasonable, it's kid-friendly, and any complaints are always promptly addressed. I hope the service continues to be maintained and improved. Thank you.

Hotel in the old town, the room is quite big for the price paid, the breakfast is quite good, the bathroom is clean, only the shower glass is a bit dull, needs a little scrubbing.
