TV not working, no wifi , breakfast not good

Place us stones throw away from Naia terminal 2. They also offer shuttle to the airport at reasonable rate compared to taxi/grab.

In a way the staff are kind and accommodating but we have a bit problem with the breakfast because they did not provide what we requested and TV cable didn't work. Our assigned room was clean. I suggest they should improve their facility from entrance to reception, restaurant and room.

Free shuttle bus from and to airport. Good place for a short and quick stay. Very close to airport. The sad things is that the breakfast is not that good and won’t help you to break your day. But over all nice place.

The hotel was run down, there wasn't a toilet seat on the toilet. It was close to the airport, but was overpriced for what we got.

Superb customer service. Good stay for bed and bath.
