Room is not nice. Poor service staff sometimes not at the reception to wait until they arrive. The phone in the room is broken, can't call the reception. After cleaning the room, the staff left the door open, what if someone came in to steal things. room without running water, no water, the staff answered for a chat. I asked why I didn't turn on the pusher and replied that it was a problem with the pusher. a very bad experience. 0 stars.

The owner is cute, enthusiastic service, delicious food, a good resort place.

The tolet house is dirty, the bed sheet is very old like no one has lived for a long time, and the hot water is not damaged

The hotel is in a hillside position, friendly reception, rooms are clean, nice view. However, at night, the hot water did not work, so it was not quite satisfactory. The next morning the hot water was working again.

This is a wonderful resort, very quiet, when need to move to Ho Xuan Huong is very close but unfortunately the hotel a bit old, old furniture should think not perfect.
