The location is strategic, directly below the mall. The rooms are spacious.

The female staff are friendly and fast, the male staff are a bit grumpy, the room is great, the facilities are good.

My deposit was not fully given back to me. They put it in a mailbox so we can't ask them in person. Towels in the room were all turning brown. Will not come back to this apartment.

The towel , bed cover all not clean, already turning brown. My RM 200 deposit not all given back to me. They only put RM 170 in the mailbox. I try to contact them but no reply. Its actually considered as scamming. Will not be back to this aprt again.

Service is good, cleanliness is good, the room on the 20th floor has a view facing the swimming pool. All room facilities are functioning well.

Dirty room, dirty bathroom. Rude and arrogant receptionist. Parking is not possible in the apartment area, must park outside. Entering and exiting the apartment must be permitted by the officer first. Access cards are not provided.

Dirty room, cockroaches. Rude receptionist. No apartment access card, so you can't park your car and you have to ask permission from the receptionist in the lobby to get in and out. No wifi, TV won't turn on.

The clean room atmosphere with complete facilities makes you feel comfortable like being at home.

The receptionist was very helpful during check-in and checkout.

The room was not as per the photo, disappointed, had chosen a better version of the room but it turned out to be the same as the regular one, it would have been better to choose a cheaper room, the facilities are all the same.

Suitable for bringing a family because the space is big and very comfortable. Will repeat again soon!

check in at 1 am because just landed at 00. 30, admin and security are very helpful even though there is no 24-hour reception. The room and facilities are quite good. Clean, tidy, no problems whatsoever. The view from the hotel balcony is very beautiful.

The check-in process is fast... the parking lot in the basement is very spacious... The apartment is connected to the boulevard mall, so it's easy if you want to shop.
