Cons: The aircon is not cold The room does not smell good The fridge is not very clean because you put water with a different taste when you mix it. Misinformation- say no charge early check in but after a while change your mind to say something. (It's okay to pay for your expectations especially if you're on a budget and backpackers) Waiting for the guest at breakfast. It was 7am but it was time for the 7:30 am cook to come and hear the words from the kitchen that "they can't wait!" Ed wow. The amenities of the hotel say housekeeping but it never happened. Pros Beach front They will arrange your breakfast early if you check out soon (They should consider this and the early breakfast arrangements as well as how many people habitually have early breakfast and want hot food to serve them) If they will make this , they can somehow recover from their lapses.

1 of the best I've tried so far in Boracay. superb location less than a minute walk to the beach. it is just beside Starbucks. the staff are so helpful and accommodating. rooms look so homey and lovely. and their breakfast is so good! we'll come back here again! kudos to the staff - Gia, tata and the rest. you made our stay wonderful!

The staff are very accommodating. They are situated in the beachfront as their name implies. The food was OK and the service was fast. The place is quiet and even if there's a party outside, we could barely hear it inside our room.
