This place is very difficult to find.. our taxi drove past several times but as there was no signage, couldn't find the place. Eventually we got out of the taxi and had to ask a shop which had never heard of the place... but turns out it was next door to them! The room had the potential to be great but the furniture was stained and dirty and looked like it hadn't been looked after properly. Probably more suited to surfers rather than a family staying there.

Went there for a staycation with my partner. It was pretty hard to find the hotel lobby since there is no sign or anything. But the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, unfortunately, it wasn't deeply cleaned, it was dusty and smells humid. They didn't accommodate us with shampoo😭. The location is really great, located next to a supermarket, and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby. But for me, cleanliness is really important, so yeah, I don't think I will be back.

Spacious villa with luxurious interiors, marble floors, marble pool so that it makes the villa cool, cool, the facilities listed in the application match what you get. the pool is clean, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean, the rooftop is also clean, it's just that lighting on the rooftop needs to be added. Because in my opinion it's too dim. the staff are all friendly.

On the first night because of heavy raining, in the morning when I woke up, all water in the entire room. I call to the reception and they try to move me to the other room. the staff was really helpful and nice.

All bad services don't know anything, TV chanel doesn't work on Nyepi reasons, even though I check the next day after Nyepi still doesn't work. In the explanation details there is a bathtube, in fact there is no, the wardrobe in the closet is dirty.

The hotel is very strategic, close to La Laguna, on the ground floor there is Starbucks, the rooms are very nice, there are smart TV and netflix facilities, YouTube etc., the private pool and private rooftop are great. Suitable for visitors whose privacy does not want to be disturbed, the hotel atmosphere is calm, the crew is also very helpful, especially the crew named Endara. Suggestion: fix the size of the hotel signage so that visitors can easily find it.

The service is very unsatisfactory, attitude and communication is not very good.
