This place is amazing, we can enjoy valuable moments with our family happily. All the staff are friendly, helpful, full of smiles, and greeting. The room is clean, tidy, complete with welcome snacks and drinks. The pool is wonderful, clean, clear, fresh, and low in chlorine. We can enjoy animals from the pool. It is a remarkable place and should be back here someday. Thank you

All the staffs are really friendly and helpful, the room is also complete, only the underbed is a bit smokey, and I left something behind, but the response was really fast. Only the breakfast menu is not so good, hopefully the chef will improve the taste.

The hotel is very child friendly, complete facilities, fun because you can see some cute animals.

Never get bored here. I've been here many times and never get bored with the atmosphere here. The atmosphere is calming. The view is pleasing to the eye and the air is very cool. The children also always like it because they can always interact with the animals.

What's unique here is that each room has carrots that can be given to the animals around the inn, mashallah

The environment offered are good we can live interact with animals and live feed it (it's payed program so it isn't include in the hotel fee) but the experience are worth it, things need to be corrected are the hotel room facility for a 4 stars hotel its like a 2/3 stars room the bed isn't as comfortable as standard 4 stars and room space isn't up to 4 stars standart, wifi connection needs to be better too, good thing aside the room is the hospitality of the staff they're 5 star and the buffet lot of selection and they're delicious

It's better to stay here before going to Prigen Safari Park, so it'll be more memorable... because if you've been to Prigen Safari Park, then stay here, so it'll be pricey and just B...

Good, but the room on the top floor looks gloomy and scary. Try to improve the atmosphere again. Every time I go down the elevator I get goosebumps, so far the facilities are ok, the kids are happy.

1. Wi-Fi is not good. 2. Hopefully the food menu can be expanded (access to the crowd is quite far so it would be nice if the menu could be varied). 3. Hopefully in the future for hotel guests who want to go to the Enchanting Forest there will be a golf cart facility to pick up and drop off from the hotel lobby.

Small room, poor room cleanliness, lots of dirt under the bed. Complete facilities but too much to pay, and the price is a bit expensive. Hard to find food outside because it is far from the city and restaurants

For the bathroom and shower floor should be made non-slippery. Because it is less safe if the floor is slippery. Maybe the floor needs to be considered again. Overall the view is good. For the breakfast menu, it needs to be added variety with that price per person equivalent to a 4/5 star price.

The right hotel for a vacation to Taman Safari or just for a staycation. Complete facilities, suitable for families.

The only complaint is that the bed size is too small. Maybe the single bed size could be made a little bigger 😅
