single room 1 bed, no fridge, no wardrobe, no clothes hanger in the bathroom. no drinking water. on the table only 1 plastic cup

The room is very ok, comfortable and clean. The owner is also friendly.

The toilet is too late. Old hotel degraded. Also, it doesn't matter when I stay in this hotel. I call a taxi without a carrier. Affordable police so they do not dare to cross

I set the dorm here for 2 days. Before I go up, can I call to ask if I can check in at 6am because the car will take me up early in the morning, I need a place to store clothes and take a shower before going out, I will pay an extra fee. But the owner said that he couldn't because he had no bed. I said, can I order another day because there is still room available online. After that, he checked the condition, the newspaper left the room and told me to book another day for 6am to have a bed available. I'm ok but I'm not happy because I feel like he tried to force me to book another day so even though the price of 1 bed a day is not much. So I ordered another day on the phone. Facilities are very good, hostess is also very cute. I will stay here next time.

Nice and warm comfy bed. Friendly and take care reception. Perfect location near the lake not far from Sapa market and very easy to find local food
